Welcome to the Pilates Works studio

Pilates Works is celebrating its 12th year of existence and Ann, Marijke and Myriam have been teaching for four years now in the new location at the Oude Leeuwenrui 22 (1ste floor), Antwerpen. (close to the recently opened MAS museum).

The studio has a dedicated Pilates machine room consisting of no less than 2 cadillacs, 4 reformers and 4 towers. Besides the ever popular mat classes, there's a whole selection of possible class formulas. The studio also boasts a separate mat claas space, a spacious dressing room (m/f) and a cosy reception rooom.

There's ample parking space on the Oude Leeuwenrui and the Godefriduskaai, for the Velo users there are stops at the Hessenhuis, Falconsquare and the MAS.

Pilates Works proudly presents a whole weekend with master teachers Michael Fritzke & Ton Voogt - for the second time in Belgium.

Michael Fritzke & Ton Voogt are internationally recognized Pilates presenters, educators, consultants and innovators with over 25 years experience in the fitness industry.

On Friday 27th they will be available for private, duet and trio classes, on Saturday and Sunday there will be a total of 4 workshops and 2 mat classes. All info on the workshop page.

Opleidingen mat level 1 en 2 met Classical Pilates Belgium

Onder de noemer Classical Pilates Belgium, organiseren we opleidingen voor lesgevers mat level 1 (beginner) en mat level 2 (intermediate). Het curriculum wordt daarna verder uitgebreid naar een volledig lespakket voor de toesteloefeningen. Alle informatie vind je op de Classical Pilates Belgium website.
