- Why did you start to do Pilates?
- To me if felt like a good alternative for expensive and boring fitness classes in cold and impersonal fitness centers.
- How did you hear about the PW studio?
- That's easy: my lovely wife is one of the instructors at PW.
- Do you remember what your first impressions of a Pilates class were?
- It was pretty hard at first and I felt like I would never last. However, I made rapid progress which in turn made me more motivated. Right now, Pilates feels like apart of my life.
- What kind of effect do the Pilates exercises have on you?
- I find that, more and more, what I learn in Pilates class carries over to my daily life. I am more aware of my posture and I feel stronger and leaner.
- What is your favourite exercise (and why)?
- The Boomerang, because I always forget how it goes!
- How many times per week do you work out?
- I do a mat class once a week alongside the occasional private session.
- Do you do Pilates at home every now and then?
- On occasion though not very much.
